But I wasn’t always this way.
I grew up shy, without fancy degrees or privileges. At the start of my career, I walked straight into the worst recession of 2009. Every door seemed closed. Jobs were vanishing. And I was just another MBA graduate, sitting in a cyber café, cold-calling strangers and knocking on office doors.
I gave myself permission to fail. To suck. To shiver — and still show up.
I stumbled through call after call.
I sat through “no” after “no.”
And slowly, rejection built my resilience.
- One day, those shaky calls turned into ₹50 lakh ERP deals from scratch.
- My experiments in story-based selling landed me projects with Cadbury, Colgate, Bharat Petroleum, and Citibank.
- I started my own marketing agency — and bagged multi-year contracts with Hilton Hotels.
- I stood outside colleges with A4 proposals, and soon I was running bootcamps at IIM, Symbiosis, and 15+ institutions in Pune.
- I built high-impact workshops for action-takers, and eventually, I took it all online.
And that’s how Passion to Profit grew into not just a program — but a global movement.
Fast Forward to Today
After building two successful businesses — a B2B Marketing Agency and a Coaching Brand — here’s what my journey looks like now:

Living the Dream
Today, I run my business from the mountains of Dharamshala, Himachal. Between misty mornings and crisp mountain air, I’m not just working — I’m building, creating, and shaping a life by design. I’m bringing my dream cottage to life.
The mountains fuel my soul. And every stone, every sunrise here, reminds me why I chose this path.
Along the way, I’ve traveled to 10+ countries, learned from cultures around the world, and helped people craft lives they love — not just businesses, but whole new ways of living.
